Projects Department (PR)

* Reports directly to Projects and Proposals Manager
for Supervision and Administration of Project Group

* Evaluates Project clerks and monitors attendance & work load
and designate job responsibilities and assignments for Projects Clerks

* Coordinates with all Project Managers and ensures that their
expectations were equally met by their respective clerks

* Assists the Project Managers in preparation of Project Close Out Report
and ensures that they are distributed accordingly,
and logged on to the system after its proper documentation.

* In charge of keeping track of Projects Documentation System
and ensures that commercial & technical documents are kept and destroyed
on specified time and period as per indicated on ISO 9000 company procedures
